Sleeping Bed was not comfortable becuase of the sound disturbance while changing position at night during sleep. Seems the foam is old and rusty inside.

It was an okay place to stay at a cheap price

The location of the hotel is not good. However, with the payment I made for 2-3 days, it gave the value. The rooms were clean. The staff was super nice! Value for money! Parking was one issue otherwise it was an okay place to stay at a cheap price.

Parking was an issue. It is a hotel apartment therefore you do not expect much but staff was very nice to help out with every request.

The price quoted on booking.com was double the amount hotel quoted to other customers who booked directly with hotel . I do not intend to use booking.com for my future bookings.

Very good place for the price paid

The price is very good. The size of apparement is good. The staff are very friendly and quickly provide whatever I request for. The check in experience is very quick. I receive a what's app message welcome me and share the location without any call from me, which I like very much.

I stayed for 2 nights, I counted total 6 small cockroaches. There is no cups of spoon in the kitchen. But when I request for it, they bring quickly. Inside the room, you can hear a little of cars sound from the street

Cockroaches of all sizes large and small running day and night everywhere. Cockroaches live inside appliances like microwave. Terrible. They need to do something about it. Should install effective baits etc.

We loved coziness of the rooms and hospitality of the Staff!

When we entered the hotel, it exceeded our expectations because we found the Reception area even better than shown on the photos in the site! Plus, we were happy to hear that instead of the standard room we paid for, we are getting a Family Room! That was really great news and a pleasant surprise for us because the Family Room has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony! We liked the design of the rooms. It is aesthetically pleasing which makes the rooms cozy and cute and you feel like home. Especially, I loved kitchen and bathrooms! The Staff is very well trained, efficient as well as very friendly and helpful. We had no issues with the Staff members. They made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable!

I have a few friendly recommendations to the Management of the hotel. I would suggest adding some kitchenware and improving kitchen appliances. Plus, Pest control is needed at the hotel. I didn't enjoy the area and surroundings much.
