About this cottage rental

River Cottage is located in the beautiful South Historic District, it is perfect for vacations and for stays to workers in the area.
It is just a block form the St Johns river in Palatka Florida, it is very quiet, private and comfortable.
The cottage is a new property, with all the amenities that you may need. It has a serene yard where you can enjoy a peaceful afternoon.
We work hard to make every visitor feel like home, come and enjoy a peaceful relaxing retreat by the beautiful shores of the St Johns River.

It was very comfortable. It was Porch Fest and there were bands playing throughout the neighborhood. We walked about and enjoyed the music. We would return. Thanks to Robbie.

The cottage was charming and cozy-just the right amount of space for the two of us. The patio is well shaded and a pleasant place to sit. The location was excellent-just a short block to the river and in an historic neighborhood with a nice variety of housing styles. The kitchen has a sink and microwave and plenty of utensils and plates and glasses; we did not realize that there is not a stove, but we mostly ate out, so that wasn't a problem. Would stay there again.
