Ambiente limpo e aconchegante.
A bicama estava com o estrado quebrado e o colchão com deformidade no meio. A minha amiga não conseguiu dormir direito. Mas avisei na recepção posteriormente.

Atenção dos funcionários e área de lazer
Não gostamos da logística de ter que pegar e devolver a chave em outro local que é totalmente contrário da localização da pousada. Achamos essa logística sem nexo. Poderiam ter uma logística melhor de retirada e entrega da chave na própria Villa facilitando a comodidade e tempo do cliente. Quarto estava um pouco mofado.

Banheiro limpo.
Os lençóis esstava com cheiro a mofo, parece que o apartamento ficou muito tempo fechado, eu atacaquei a minha Asma e tive que ir em bora por não conseguir ficar dentro do apartamento, tudo tinh Ácaros.
