The apartment is comfortable and contains all the kitchen necessities, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The location is great, central. We liked the underground parking (under the building) and the terrace. We also think that this apartment's space has been used very creatively and efficiently. Although there is no separate bedroom, the "wall" separates the bed a bit from the living room/kitchen, which comes in handy.
We actually liked everything but as a tip: it would be good the label all the keys to indicate what they serve for. What could be helpful as well is leaving the manuals of some equipment in the apartment. Maybe you could consider leaving some flyers of local restaurants/pubs etc. We are locals so we know them but maybe it's handy for other guests. Thanks!

Everything is top notch! Its close to every restaurant, shopping mall and grocery. Its quiet, new apartment and with underground parking area. The owner is easy to talk to.
