Location was perfect for our group as we could walk to the venue we were attending. Also close to all restaurants and parks etc. So much space in this apartment and well looked after. Only a couple of small things were needing attention - a leaking tap and a nail sticking up from the floor. Oh, there was a bit of a manky smell at the top of the front stairs. It was convenient to have off street parking for our cars. Plenty of bathrooms. Laundry set up was good with soap available. Loved the outdoor area for a drink as the sun set. I would definitely stay here again.

Manky smell at top of front staircase. A nail needing hammering down in the middle of the hall. Dripping tap in the front bathroom. REally, everything was pretty spot on.

It was spacious, great for 5 adults to have there own space. The amenities were good too. Everything you need.

Just the carpet.

It is a very spacious house with very spacious rooms. High ceilings and the layout of the rooms also worked well for us. The bathrooms and kitchen were nice and modern. Beds were comfy, bedding and towels were clean. This would be a nice place to stay with a group of adult friends for a few days.

This is not child friendly and it should be clearly stated as such. On our arrival window locks were very stiff, with red back spiders on some where you needed to stick your fingers. Some locks were broken and had to be fixed while we were there as the house is not ground level - it’s a walk up a flight of stairs behind the shops to get to the entrance - the house is actually on top of shops. Not only are there stairs outside the property but there is also an extremely long and steep set of stairs inside the house at the end of the hallway that leads down to another external door between shops. They are EXTREMELY dangerous and I would not have booked here had I have known about them. They should have a proper safety gate but all that is provided is a pressure style flimsy baby gate that is not the correct gate to use at the top of stairs, and it doesn’t even fit across the space. There were also multiple holes in the floor large enough to catch your toe in if you aren’t paying attention. Also some dodgy feeling boards down the center of the hallway and some nails that stick out enough that you can scratch yourself on them as most of us did do so. Lots of grubby marks on the walls, carpet in the bedrooms is heavily soiled and was actually pretty gross and should be replaced. I could see mold on the ceiling in some of the several patches of peeling paint. Blinds very dusty. We had multiple spiders inside the house. You can hear people walking by on the street talking in both of the very end bedrooms. At night time, the main bedroom is very lit up from the outside lights shining through the blinds. Water leaks down the wall insid The host also organized a plumber to come to fix one of the toilets the day we were checking in which we thought probably should have been done prior. Pieces from inside the toilet were left in the laundry sink when the plumber finished. Enamel missing from sink in bathtub bedroom - unhygienic and ugly. No boardgames despite listing.
