I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Jackie O's apartment. The unit was very clean, updated and well stocked with amenities. The goodie bag from Red Bird Market was a delightful surprise. I look forward to returning in the future. Judy

Jackie was very pleasant. She was very accommodating to let us check in a little early. The apartment is bright and airy and nicely furnished. It is within easy walking distance to the Erie Canal and various shops.

Check in was fine - code with lock was little sticky but after a few tries get used to it. Kitchen was clean, however not stocked with any food storage containers for leftovers, very few pots/pans. No cleaning products available to use in kitchen or bathroom. Bedrooms were comfortable with many sheets/towels provided. No laundry detergent available. Location excellent.
