This property was very nice and accommodating for our group. The location was in close proximity to everything we needed. The property was clean but we messaged the host about ants in the kitchen/master bathroom and we killed a couple of large cockroaches in the kitchen. We were later told via text message from the host where to find the ant spray under the kitchen sink. The property is pet friendly but not kid friendly except having bunk beds. It rained the whole time we were there and we reported the TV in the room with the bunk beds was not working the apps never loaded and the host apologized then asked us to send a video. Due to the rain we had to find indoor activities for the kids and just resorted to them watching TV downstairs with us. There was not a single game in the bunk bed room for kids. There was also a loud knocking/roaring noise coming from the refrigerator lasting about 2 minutes and we sent a video to the host and the text reply was to let them know if there were any temperature changes or anything. We asked for additional blankets for lounging downstairs and were told they don't usually keep extra blankets because they have comforters on the beds. After we went to purchase extra blankets they delivered blankets to our door via Instacart the next night. We received emails from host Robert Gilstrap but we never spoke with him nor received any communication from him regarding concerns all communication was from Suite Stays Atlanta which we didn't care for.
