It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Details: Located in the Forest District of WaterColor, "The Little Pearl" at 215 Pine Needle Way is an adorable 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach cottage with sleeping accommodations for 8. Guests will love the fun amenities featured with this home, such as access to a private golf cart, private heated pool, complimentary bikes, and a ping pong table. In addition, guests will also be able to enjoy the many parks, nature trails, lakes, and playgrounds throughout the award-winning community. There are multiple restaurants and pools, and chair service at the Beach Club that makes a day at the beach in WaterColor a breeze!
The home has an open concept kitchen and living room with cedar plank ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen features premium stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped to prepare a meal for your guests. There is seating for 5 at the breakfast bar and 6 at the dining table. The cozy living area also has a flat-screen TV and multiple couches to enjoy quality time together. Just outside the door, there is a screened porch with a ping pong table and outdoor seating that allows you to take in the serene view of the forest year-round.
All 3 of the bedrooms are on this floor as well. The first is a primary suite with a king bed, private bathroom with a separate shower and tub, and access to the screened porch. The rest of the rooms both have queen beds and full bathrooms. The last bedroom has a bathroom that is shared with the hallway. There is a full laundry room in the home as well as an outdoor shower to make cleaning up after a beach day easy.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
PLEASE NOTE: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
*The outdoor fire pit is not for guest use.
*Unfortunately no pets allowed in this home at anytime.

Our family of three had a perfect stay at The Little Pearl! The home was beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch with a cup of coffee in the mornings and it was a perfect place to gather for a glass of wine in the evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the golf cart really came in handy for getting to the Beach Club. The only thing we had trouble with was the TV in the living room. Would recommend leaving detailed instructions for the remotes. We called and someone came over and left notes on how to use it, so we were able to watch the World Series. All in all, a great experience and we would gladly return again!
