Evergreen Home Vacation Rentals invites you to this ideal Berkshire retreat featuring expansive panoramic views. This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath estate boasts a brand-new gorgeous kitchen, a cozy gas fireplace, and a private indoor pool—perfect for year-round escapes with family and friends.
Centrally located just 12 minutes from Tanglewood, The Mount, and the Norman Rockwell Museum, you are 20 minutes from both Butternut and Bousquet. Enjoy total luxury and convenience.

Nestled in the woods, you feel as though you're in your own private oasis, but local shopping, theater and amazing restaurants are only minutes away. There is plenty of hiking right out your front door, easy access to I-90, and ...have we mentioned the VIEWS?!!
Winter guest will need 4wd/Awd to access the property. The driveway is long and rather steep.
This property has undergone a full renovation this year, so get into this gorgeous home now and take in the million dollar views! Renovations include a full kitchen remodel which opens to the dining and living area, new flooring, updated bathrooms and bedrooms.
One of few properties in the area offered with an indoor heated pool, this makes for an amazing year round retreat. The pool itself is 4ft deep.
The beautiful new kitchen boast a Bertazonni gas range and a massive island for food prep and gathering with friends and family. A sun room is located off of the kitchen.
Large windows in the family/dining room let in lots of natural light and breathtaking views. The dining table seats 8 and there is additional bar stool seating at the island. Two large sofas and a gas fireplace in the adjacent living room provide the perfect space to relax.
The main level primary suite has a king bed, home office area, Smart TV and direct pool access. A powder room and laundry room are located down the hall.
A secondary primary suite was added to the second floor loft, with a queen bed, private ensuite bathroom with deep soaking tub, and Smart TV.
Bedroom 3 and 4 are located on the second level accessed from the living room. Both bedrooms have amazing mountain views and share a beautiful new bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and desk area, bedroom 4 has a queen bed, twin bed and a sitting area.
The walkout basement has undergone an upgrade to include a family room with Smart TV, sleeping space with full bed and full bathroom. This space also has a large dining/game table and a full kitchen.
A beautiful patio and fire pit has been added as well as a complete overhaul of the exterior.
You can't beat West Stockbridge as a central home base to explore the Berkshires. You can drive to the southern- most towns of Great Barrington, Sheffield and New Marlborough in under 30 mins. Head north to Williamstown of to MassMoCA in North Adams in 50 mins or pop over to downtown Lenox in 15. Easily accessible from I-90 whether you are traveling from the Boston area or NYC.
Skiers!!! A 20 minutes drive and you're on the slopes at Butternut Basin, Catamount Ski Area or Bousquet Mountain. 30 Minutes to Jimmy Peak.
Having a car will greatly enhance your ability to explore the Berkshires effectively.

We had a lovely weekend celebrating our 40th anniversary with our kids and grandkids. Each family unit had their own personal space and bathroom. The house is beautiful and so nicely furnished. The view is awesome! And the pool was a big hit. We had planned to visit a winery and museum but we were so comfortable that we chose to just hang out at “home”. Our four-year-old grandson asked if we could come back next year.

This is a spacious home with a wonderful yard and a truly panoramic view of the Berkshires. The amenities were lovely and the management company very responsive. We enjoyed our stay. A word of caution to potential renters: review the payment details carefully as there are significant additional fees beyond the listed rental cost.

The house was fantastic, clean, and comfortable. Views were amazing from the house and location was great for exploring with my 4 and 6 year olds.
