About this house rental
Cute as a button home in historic Oleander neighborhood. You can relax and have a cup of coffee on the porch and enjoy the view. Well maintained home that is nearly 100 years old. Centrally located in central Bakersfield you won't need to drive very far to get to most parts of Bakersfield.

Very clean home, in central, well-located, quiet neighborhood. Comfortable furniture and all basic accessories included. A/C was very efficient; we were there during 104-degree heat, but home was nice and cool. Owner was helpful and responsive to text, and self check-in process was easy. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

The photos honestly don’t do this house justice, don’t get me wrong the house in the pictures is adorable but when you really see it its so much better. The furniture and beds are definitely more updated than the photos, and there’s plenty space for family and friends to spend the night. The host was kind and the area was good as well. I definitely will be booking again soon for more days in a row.
