The 35 m² FeWo30 vacation apartment in Haus Brandenburg is located on the 1st floor and is easily accessible by elevator. It features two rooms, including one bedroom, and sleeps two. The living area, furnished with a sofa, armchair, and cozy sitting area, opens directly into the kitchen. For preparing your own meals, the apartment is equipped with, among other things, a stove with four burners, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle. Wi-Fi, internet, TV, and radio provide additional comfort. The bathroom features a shower and toilet.

The apartment is only about 50 meters from the sea and the sandy beach; there is also a restaurant nearby. Shopping options are about 250 meters away. After a day at the beach, you can relax in the sauna or enjoy the heated pool as well as the indoor and outdoor pools. Private parking is available. Renovated in 2022, this non-smoking apartment is ideal for couples, small families, and active guests. In and around Göhren, walks, bike rides, hiking tours, swimming, water sports, mini-golf, and excursions invite you to enjoy a variety of vacation activities. Children are welcome.

It is situated right next to the entrance to the spa park, the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, the Bernstein Promenade, and the pier. The historic main building of the Strandresidenz Brandenburg dates back to the 19th century. In the 1990s, it was completely gutted, lovingly restored in its original style, and expanded with modern additions.

It’s just 50 meters as the crow flies to the magnificent beach of the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren and the romantic Amber Promenade. Those who prefer a quieter, more idyllic setting will find the unspoiled South Beach of the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren about 500 meters away. The vacation apartments are ideal for couples, families, and seniors alike, as the upper floors in the annex are easily accessible by elevator (in the original building, there are only a few additional steps).

Right behind the building lies the Nordperd Nature Reserve. Winding paths lead through a rustic mixed forest along the rugged high cliffs, offering great views of the Baltic Sea—ideal for a short walk to “get some fresh air.”
