Located on the 3rd floor of the Kurhaus, this beautiful apartment accommodates up to 5 people (4 adults, 1 child up to 12 years old) and stands out for its spacious layout, offering plenty of room with 64 square meters of floor space. With its unique maritime decor, it invites you to linger and relax. The large living room features a spacious, cozy sleeper sofa for up to 2 adults, a comfortable large armchair, and an inviting dining area, as well as a soundbar and a 65-inch TV. You can enjoy your first morning coffee or a light snack at the counter of the spacious, fully equipped kitchen (including a Nespresso capsule machine). The apartment features a charming, large bedroom with plenty of storage space, an additional TV, and a modern bathroom with natural light. A fold-out trundle bed that can be placed anywhere allows for the accommodation of a fifth person (child up to 12 years old).
There are not enough parking spaces available at the Kurhaus itself, so a parking spot reserved exclusively for this apartment is located just a 5-minute walk away.
