This cozy 2-room vacation apartment is a lovely vacation home for up to 3 people. The combined living area—featuring a couch (with sleeper function), flat-screen TV, dining area, and built-in kitchenette—opens onto a separate bedroom with a double bed.
The vacation apartment, of course, features a modern bathroom with a shower.

The Strandresidenz Brandenburg stands out for its central location in the Baltic Sea resort town of Göhren. It is situated right next to the entrance to the spa gardens, the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, the Bernstein Promenade, and the pier. The historic main building of the Strandresidenz Brandenburg dates back to the 19th century. It was completely gutted in the 1990s, lovingly restored in its original style, and expanded with modern additions.
The magnificent beach of the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren and the romantic Bernstein Promenade are just 50 meters away as the crow flies. Those who prefer a quieter, more idyllic setting will find the unspoiled South Beach of the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren about 500 m away. The vacation apartments are ideal for couples, families, and seniors alike, as the upper floors of the annex are easily accessible by elevator (in the original building, there are only a few additional steps).
Dogs are also welcome in some of the vacation apartments at Strandresidenz Brandenburg. Your four-legged friend will love it, since the beach is right nearby.
Directly behind the building lies the Nordperd Nature Reserve. Winding paths lead through a rustic mixed forest along the rugged cliffs, offering fantastic views of the Baltic Sea—ideal for a short walk to “get some fresh air.”

Diese FeWo 31 im Haus Strandresidenz Brandenburg hatten wir 2015 das erste Mal gebucht, seit 2017 jedes Jahr im August. Wir sind also zufriedene Urlauber. Waren Reparaturen erforderlich, wurden sie ohne größere Verzögerungen durchgeführt. Alles ok, auch die Betten.

Die Fewo war klein aber fein für 2 Personen total ausreichend. Die Fewo war so gelegen, dass wir jeden Tag Sonnenuntergang sahen. Die Strandpromenade hatten wir in 5 min erreicht. Das AHOI-Bad in Sellin konnten wir 3mal gratis nutzen, das war schön. Die Fewo werden wir vielleicht wieder buchen. Die Matratzen war für mich einfach zu hart, so dass ich mir meinen Topper beim nächsten Mal mitnehmen werde.

Schöne Fewo mit einem kleinen Blick auf die Ostsee und dem Cliff-Hotel in Sellin. Gute Lage direkt an der Straße, aber trotzdem ruhig. Hat uns gut gefallen und es war alles genauso, wie auf der HP beschrieben.
