The Saga SOL (semi-detached home) features upscale amenities, spans 2 floors, and has a living area of 95 m². It offers plenty of space for up to 4 people to relax and feel at home. The large fenced-in garden, loggias, and outdoor seating areas extend the living space outdoors.

On the first floor is the spacious living area with a large corner sofa, flat-screen TV, reading nook, and a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings. The open-concept kitchen with dining area offers you the utmost convenience while cooking. Featuring a sleek concrete-look design, it’s equipped with modern appliances such as an induction cooktop, an exhaust hood venting to the outside, an oven, and a comprehensive selection of kitchen utensils. The bathroom on the first floor of the apartment is equipped with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, and flat-screen TVs. One of the bedrooms opens onto the spacious loggia with a view of the Wieker Bodden. The wellness bathroom on the upper floor is arguably the highlight of the vacation home, in addition to all its other amenities: a generously sized sauna, a large walk-in comfort shower, and—for the most delightful moments of relaxation—a round bathtub with a built-in refrigerator above it for refreshments of all kinds. The goal of the design here was to maximize relaxation and wellness enjoyment. The architect-designed bathroom opens onto the loggia, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Wieker Bodden. The vacation home also features free Wi-Fi internet access. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the ground-floor bathroom.

Built in the Scandinavian style of a wooden house, the sun-yellow Saga SOL vacation home is situated amidst breathtaking natural surroundings on the outskirts of the harbor village of Wiek. During the construction of this modern yet atmospheric architect-designed home, great emphasis was placed on eco-friendly building practices and meticulous attention to detail. The fully fenced-in and separate garden, as well as the house’s loggias, guarantee privacy with a pleasant distance from the neighborhood, which consists of charming, individual vacation homes.

The vacation home area borders directly on the Wieker Bodden. The location of this semi-detached home can therefore be described as spectacular. It’s just 40 meters to the private beach, which—with its shallow entry—not only offers relaxed swimming but is also ideal for all kinds of water sports. A 10-minute walk south takes you along the Baltic Sea promenade, past the surf and kite school, to the chic Wiek marina. The marina is, among other things, the starting point for guided fishing trips and excursions to the island of Hiddensee. After just a few more minutes on foot, the tranquil village of Wiek comes into view, with its charming restaurants and all the necessary amenities. A 25-minute walk from Haus Saga along the Baltic Sea toward the north leads through delicate reed landscapes to the tiny port of Kuhle, where you can always enjoy fresh fish while taking in the most beautiful views. Thanks to its unspoiled natural surroundings and tranquility, Wiek is not only a magical place for hikers and cyclists, but also a paradise for water sports enthusiasts and anglers. Numerous surfing and kitesurfing courses are offered here for both beginners and experienced participants. In Norse mythology, Saga is the goddess of the waters and the lover of Odin, the father of the gods. According to the myth, the goddess Saga—whose silver palace is surrounded by surging waters—receives a visit from Odin in the evening, and they bathe together in the waves. A beautiful metaphor for the breathtaking sunsets on the beach right in front of the Wieker Bodden. As you watch the sun set from the swing bench at dusk, you’ll be treated to postcard-perfect views.
