Warunki do przygotowania śniadań znakomite. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Garaż bardzo przydatny szczególnie podczas deszczowej pogody, która niestety nam często utrudniała zwiedzanie. Na duży plus zasługuje również możliwość korzystania z windy.
Wszystko nam odpowiadało i się podobało.

Lokalizacja - akurat musiałem być po tej stronie Gdyni do której dojazd bywa problematyczny z powodu remontu trasy Kwiatkowskiego, standard obiektu, nowoczesne wnętrze, wygoda, parking pod budynkiem

Wystrój mieszkania oraz balkon
Mieszkanie nie było dobrze posprzątane. Meble były zakurzone, a ręczniki brzydko pachniały. Ponadto w jednej z szafek znaleźliśmy worek ze śmieciami po poprzednich lokatorach. Zamek w drzwiach od łazienki nie działał. Papier toaletowy i ręcznik papierowy nie były dołożone. Z ręcznikiem pół biedy bo w szafce znaleźliśmy nową rolkę, niestety gorzej z papierem, którego poprostu nie było.
