Spacious and very comfortable apartment, really nice surroundings, clean and quiet swimming pool. Very good contact with the owner. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend it to families.

The only downside is a complicated system of rubbish collection, but we got used to it and there is a possibility to bring your remainng garbare to the collection point is the village.

A little small second bedroom

Views are fantastic, 2 pools insite are great. Disposable sundeds and a beach umbrella to take to the beach. Location is close to nice beaches, especially Cala Taverna and Brandinchi is 10mins by car as well. Terrace is spacious.

Unfortunately no WiFi. Be careful there are no bedsheets, toilet paper and other cleaning things included in the price. Being asked to leave no waste at the checkout is a Mission Impossible.

Die Anlage an sich ist gepflegt und hat zwei schöne Pools. Dafür würden wir 8 Punkte geben. Wir bewerten hier aber unser Urlaubserlebnis, unser Feeling mit 5 Punkten, aufgrund unseres Apartments Nr. 12c. Das Appartement hat eine Außendusche, die wir toll fanden. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war konstruktiv und sie hat Hinweise aufgenommen und auch teilweise umgesetzt. Im Ort gibt es leckere Restaurants, auch für Frühstück und eine schöne Eisdiele. Guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge.

Als wir das Appartement Nr. 12c betreten hatten, merkten wir schnell, dass es in einem unsauberen Zustand war. Nachdem wir der Vermieterin Fotos schicken durften, von braunen Spritzern am WC, Staub, Krümel und Cornflakes auf dem Boden, dreckige Lacken, wurde dies am folgenden Tag gereinigt. Urlaubsfeeling kommt da leider nicht auf. Die Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Viele kleine Details haben das für uns untermauert. Keine Gläser größer als 100 ml, kein Weinglas z.B. In der Dusche schwarze Fugen ca 20cm hoch. Auf den Matratzen haben wir nicht so gut geschlafen, meine Frau hat noch ihre Yogamatte unters Laken gelegt. Vor Ort soll eine Ansprechperson gewesen sein, die sich weder vorgestellt hat noch haben wir sie gesehen. Schade. Andere Apartments sind vielleicht in besserem Zustand und wir hatten einfach Pech, wer weiß. WiFi gibt es nicht und auch der Handyempfang vor Ort ist nicht so gut, für wen es wichtig ist.
