Oliver the owner of this property is a real scam
My stay at Saffron Court by Wycombe Apartments - Apt 12 was a nightmare, largely due to the owner, Oliver, who is a complete scammer. I stayed at the property until December 26th and was charged a £100 refundable deposit that has never been returned. Despite providing clear evidence and numerous attempts to contact him, Oliver has repeatedly ignored my messages and lied about the refund process. Oliver falsely claimed that the payment company was handling the refund, but the company confirmed it is entirely his responsibility. His deceptive behavior and refusal to communicate demonstrate a complete lack of integrity. Recently, after two weeks of no communication, he responded with yet another excuse, claiming he is waiting for a response from the payment company, which is utterly frustrating. Moreover, my husband even called him, and he gave the same runaround, pretending to check on the case without any real action. This deceptive behavior has been a consistent pattern, as seen in multiple reviews from other guests who faced the same issues. It has now been over a month since my stay ended on December 26th, and I still have not received the refund. It is appalling that Booking.com continues to list this property despite numerous complaints. Booking.com should take immediate action against Oliver to protect future guests from being scammed. Avoid this property at all costs to prevent financial loss and immense frustration.

The apartment itself was in a really quiet place, had a huge park 5 min away walking down, variety of food places/takeaways nearby and also private parking available.
The cutelry, plates and cooking utensils require good cleans and the kettle requires replacement.
