Marconi Apartments

The biggest plus was definitely the owners. They were incredibly kind, helpful and warm-hearted people who were always there for us throughout our stay. They went above and beyond in so many ways – from accommodating our late check-in, to helping us with several basic problems, and providing fresh bed linen and towels after a week. On our last day, they kindly let us leave our luggage safely in their garage so we didn't have to walk around the city with our suitcases. While we were waiting outside, they even brought us chairs and cold water. Such genuine kindness and willingness to help is something you don't come across very often. ❤️

The room setup is older and simple, but given the unbeatable price and amazing location 5 minutes from the beach, we had everything we needed. We spent most of the day outside anyway, and the wonderful hospitality of the owners made our stay truly special.

Host is very friendly and welcoming. 10 min walk to Durres beach . All amenities nearby .

There was no electric or gas kettle to boil water for tea.

The cheapest apartment you can find in Durres! A great sand beach in 5 minutes by foot. The hostess Rita took care of everything we needed, and brought the blankets, the fan, adjusted the gas stove etc in the blick of an eye.

The bathroom was not clean enough. Construction works nearby.

The owner is always there to help you and give what you need! She is super helpful and nice we really appreciated our stay there. The apartment is super spacious and has everything you can super spacious bathroom and kitchen!
