Privelistea spre mare! Gazda, Ilias este un om grozav! Multumim mult Ilias!

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, μεγάλος και άνετος χώρος με θέση parking. Καθαρό και όμορφα διακοσμημένο το δωμάτιο, ήταν σαν να μένεις στο δικό σου σπίτι. Πολύ εξυπηρετικός ο κ. Ηλίας ακόμη και μετά την αναχώρησή μας, όταν τον ενημέρωσα πως είχαμε ξεχάσει κάτι και έψαξε να το βρει. Θα το προτιμούσαμε σίγουρα ξανά!

Amplitud, vistas, comodidad y atención

We were group of three adults, looking for an accommodation that is not situated in crowded place. Villa Diana is not next to the main road so you do not hear any traffic that can be awful on main road in Nikiana. That was a big positive. However I have some points to mention about disturbing elements later. Equipment in apartment was sufficient so you can prepare meals by yourself. AC was working just fine in main bedroom. Rooms were super clean. View from balcony is beautiful. The owner was helpful and kind, mentioned the “must seen in Lefkada”, but after all I must say I was disappointed by his behavior that affected our holidays.

Like I said we do not like crowded or noisy place. There was no information on booking about occurring construction by the owner. So for approximately one week we got up because of noisy machines, shouting and car honking. Not a place you would like to be, when you are from city and trying to relax. Photo bellow. Our recommendation is to check every part of equipment, furniture and door handles to avoid being falsely accused of damaging it. Because that was actually the last straw. That was the moment, when we were so disappointed by behavior of the owner. It ended up well, he paid for the repair, but it took some word exchange. I must say that it was embarrassing for me and my parents that are almost 60 years old, trying to persuade him that the main damage was done before our arrival. Personally, I would not be able to try to charge my guests for 12€ - yeah, that is the actual cost of broken door handle, when they are living one week 20m from construction during their holidays. For us it was such an embarrassing moment and at the same time we were furious that he even tried that, when there is noise and dust everywhere. Of course we did not do it, it was damaged before and ended up in my hand. Description on booking is about beautiful view on Ionian Sea and pool and that is completely true, however the pool is not functional right now. It is okay because it was not listed as a part of accommodation so it did not affect my review. It is mentioned and can be seen on some pictures on google so just for your information, the situation right now is like that with the pool.
