Decorated in glamorous beach neutrals, this Port St. Joe home is ready to welcome you to the beach! After all, it's only 150 yards away. You'll love winding down in one of two living rooms and cooking in two full kitchens, each equipped with full-size appliances (including dishwashers!) and helpful cooking tools. The entire home is one floor, so getting around will be easy. Grilling outside on the private gas grill is always an option, of course. Relax out on the furnished patio, or recline indoors in central air conditioning. Of course, guests of this home can also enjoy access to the shared community pool and outdoor shower.
The bedrooms of this home are all spread out, so everyone can enjoy their own space. The first bedroom is just to the right of the front door, and features a flatscreen TV with a view of the outside neighborhood. The second bedroom is just across the hall and features a flatscreen TV and cute bunk beds. The full bathroom in the hall (that features a shower/tub combination) can serve the guests of these two rooms. The third bedroom is just past the second kitchen and features a flatscreen TV with a spacious closet - this section of the home closes off, making it a perfect space for the young couple or grandparents of the group. The full bathroom next door features a shower/tub combination. The fourth bedroom (the main bedroom of the house) is past the second living room and features extra seating, a flatscreen TV, and a glamorous en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. Every single bedroom features a ceiling fan so guests can customize their own comfort.

Port St. Joe is known for its fishing and oysters, and there's plenty of charters around if you're bringing rods and reels! Stop by Cape San Blas Lighthouse (just under two miles away) and take in the view from this lovingly preserved lighthouse. The secluded Windmark Public Beach access is just under five miles away.

Every bed is comfortable! That’s hard to find in a rental. The location is excellent. Bedrooms spread apart and lots of room for grown ups and kids. WindMark is a great community with beach access, really nice pool, playground and shops. Can’t go wrong!

We have rented in this area many times and this home did not disappoint. It was perfect! It easily fit our family of four with plenty of room to spare. We are already planning to rent it again with some of our friends. If you’re on the fence about booking, go ahead and do it!

We decided to come to PSJ for a mother/daughter trip. We do this every year and have never had the experience we had in this trip. We loved the layout of the house it had tons of room for our stay. The house was somewhat clean as far as the floors and bathrooms. We had some issues as we started our stay. The kitchen silverware was covered in grease and we had to clean all of them again. The dishwasher in the main kitchen was also covered in grease and we could not use our entire stay. Thank goodness there was another dishwasher so that we could clean all the silverware. The online summary says that beach towels would be provided. We did not have any in the house and there was limited towels in the house. The master bedroom bathroom had ants all over the sink and in the bathtub. Two of the showers drains were completely clogged. My daughter had to wash her bedding because they originally did not look like they had been washed. The bedding was all bunched up and unmade. The room that I stayed had stains all over the bedding and after stripping the bed the under mattress pad and pillows had yellow stains all over them. The bedding comforter for my room had stains and food on the comforter. I reported all of this to Vacassa on the afternoon we arrived. I was given the run around and had to call twice. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and it was Sunday afternoon before we got beach towels and a new comforter. This property has dirty bedding and poor management.
