• Free parking in the adjacent streets (a detailed map will be provided).
• Your host's little extra: To facilitate your arrival, he usually "reserves" a free space for you with his own vehicle in the parallel street the day before your welcome. Finding a place at the end of the day is very easy, even in the middle of summer.

📋 Practical information & Rental conditions
• Summer period: In July and August, reservations are made exclusively from Saturday to Saturday.
• Rules: Strictly non-smoking apartment. Pets not allowed.
• To be expected: Thank you for your vigilance, towels and bed linen are not included by default.
• Fees and options (to be paid on arrival in cash or check):
o Deposit: €200 (returned on departure after inventory).
o Mandatory cleaning fee: €45.
o Linen option (on request): €25 for 2 people (includes linen set, bath towels, bath mats and dish towels).
