Останавливалась здесь на 4 ночи ! В живую апартаменты намного лучше! Подходит для 2 -ух человек ! Декор апартаментов с элементами винтаж , но это не старая Бабушкина квартира , это новое жилье оформленное со вкусом к старым вещам ! Жилье чистое и видно , что за ним тщательно следят и хорошо убирают ! Есть все необходимое для проживания ! Кровать удобная , не та что показана на фото ! Имеется балкон терраса со столиком , где вы можете утром позавтракать и выпить кофе ! Дом с частной территорией , абсолютно безопасный ! Тихий ! Имеется лифт , удобно если вы с багажом ! Рядом с домом есть много парковочных мест ! Напротив дома есть лесопарк , где я бегала по утрам ! Там же вы можете арендовать велосипед для прогулок ! За домом набережная ( рестораны , пляж ) отличная локация у жилья ! От вокзала 25 мин пешком ! По приезду звоните на номер телефона , чтобы получить инструкции по заселению ! Вообщем мне все понравилось , рекомендую !

Quasi perfetto se non per il letto scomodo
fine luglio2025 posizione comodissima, appena dietro il vialone dei lidi, supermercati e bar a pochi minuti a piedi, parcheggio sotto casa (si è riempito però nel weekend) casa fornita di tutto (tranne in cucina dove mancavano le forbici e in bagno il bagnoschiuma). pentolame promosso perché di qualità e c'era di diverse grandezze. libri esposti molto interessanti, complimenti!! balcone con tavolo e sedie apprezzatissimi, abbiamo mangiato sempre fuori. istruzioni ben fornite dal gestore sul ritiro chiave, apertura cancello, wifi e parcheggio.
sono fiduciosa che il gestore cambierà al più presto il letto perché il materasso era veramente scarso, si imbarca ed è rigido. la pulizia della cucina potrebbe essere migliorata, c'erano degli angoli abbandonati con la polvere e un po' di sporcizia accumulata da un po'. sarebbe meglio aggiungere un po' di bicchieri e cucchiaini. consiglio di aggiungere un appendiabiti in camera e all'ingresso. uno specchio a figura intera sarebbe apprezzato dagli ospiti. divano piccolo, solo per stare seduti... mancava un cestino piccolo per l'umido da tenere in cucina che è essenziale. potrebbe essere migliorata l'organizzazione dei cestini in casa per avere la spazzatura già suddivisa senza dover o uscire sempre a buttare ogni bottiglia,plastica,etc oppure tenerli tutti in un sacchetto e smistare poi negli appositi cestini da portare fuori il giorno del ritiro. ci vorrebbe un appendino in più in bagno, non abbiamo trovato comodo quello tra i sanitari.

Bellissima esperienza...peccato solo il letto. Ma STRACONSIGLIO !
Casa molto bella e curata. Cucina e bagno veramente molto belli, La posizione poi è veramente spettacolare. Vicina al mare e facile da raggiungere in auto arrivando dalla tangenziale.
Il letto è Scomodissimo, il materasso è appoggiato ad un'asse di legno. Purtroppo il parcheggio intorno all'alloggio è a pagamento (ma praticamente tutto il parcheggio in Viareggio è a pagamento).
