Damage complaint.
Dear Booking,
I remember some 150 times renting accommodations through your service.
I don’t remember such an attitude by the owners.
I hope that this is not some tricky way to charge more than the price agreed or preparation for a coming complaint from us.

I have made this specific reservation because she was very sick the night before arrival.
We usually book rooms/apartments only if they are accessible, ground floor or elevator, kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator. We are also interested in non-smoking rooms, no pets history, two separate beds and a usable kitchen. The rest of the cooking equipment we bring ourselves, as we do not know what we will find upon arrival.
If we book a hotel room, we pray that they have a refrigerator and on a lucky day, a microwave, and that happens more in America. For this we carry a kettle, thermos bottle, utensils, etc.
My job was in the travel business, so I have stayed in some great hotels, but always remember that the next night I’l be staying in another hotel. I took it easy, even when the conditions were bad. Only if there was no water (like the hotel I booked through your service in Slovenia), no electricity or heating on a cold night, dirty bed spreads, clogged toilet, or no shower, I would have tried to change it.
We complain only if there are stairs that were not mentioned in the description of the venue, or if it takes hours to find or get the room opened, when the owners do not live nearby and the address is noy specific enough or wrong.
My wife had noticed that this apartment is on a high floor , with no elevator. So when we arrived, she simply stayed in the car.
I told the owner that we can’t use her property, and wondered if we could get a partial refund.
I have agreed to try and climb the 80 eighty stairs to check it.
