The location is in the best part of old town, close to center, to shops and restaurants.
The room is very clean and comfortable, with spacious bathroom. Coffee machines, hot water kettle and microwave are provided. Laura is nice and let me leave the luggage in the house before checkin time.

The room was very comfortable and fit 3 people perfectly, we loved the vintage rust vibe that the place has as it definitely adds a bit of character! Our lovely host Laura was very responsive and also left us some snacks and free water in the room. The accommodation is only a minute away from Piazza della Universita where there are many parking spaces at a small fee at certain hours. It is also close to many restaurants and bars.
A larger bin in the room and a full length mirror would have been great! Otherwise, everything was up to standard.
