G Tower Furnished Apartment Rentals Istanbul

The facilities were of good standards, the apartment was spacious. The outdoor and indoor swimming pool were clean and offered a welcome relaxation. In the morning we could enjoy a nice breakfast buffet. We really appreciated Nilay as our warm and friendly host.

A bit more flexibility about bringing some food to the pool area would be a good improvement, especially for families with children.

Location, Value for Money and Facilities

Bedding needs improvement, and curtains on windows as sheer curtains make it hot when the sun is in the west. Internet needs to improve but it was good.

It is a very nice modern style building with nice and clean entrance in a good location a bit a way from the center and crowded area and that is what I wanted. Lots of shops and malls near by. Has underground car parking area. The apartment is big area

I had apartment 306 at 21 floor. Unfortunately it is not well maintained. The main door of the apartment is hanging and difficult to close. The bathroom and the shower are small. No rack or shelves to put shampoo and conditioner (just put them on the floor). Unfortunately the apartment cleaning is every 3 day which is not mentioned on Booking.com. I had to request the cleaning and towels and water and tea coffee every day and the service is not satisfactory. The Aircon was not working properly and had to call many times to fix it. One day before the checkout the management moved me to appointment 352 which had a better Aircon but same condition of the shower and bathroom door.

The view

The owners do not realise that smart TV is an essential for guests . The place has very old basic TV with Turkish Satellite channels only. I use smart TV for my work, I couldn’t do any work , moved to another place with smart tv and didn’t renew the rest of my stay with them. For such cost per night in that area you expect an iron and an iron board . The place is an apartment with kitchen , there was hardly and cutlery or utensils.
