About this villa rental
Newly renovated villa less than 2 miles from the beach, Pacific City, and Main St. Private entrance, gated community, recessed lighting throughout.. large open concept living space with dining, attached to a uniquely designed out kitchen area that is fully equipped with utensils for a comfortable stay. Large outdoor patio space with a grill, and a community pool right outside the patio gate. Mingle with others, or enjoy your private space in this cozy 2bdrm/1b villa - minutes from the beach!
This villa is newly renovated with lighting, flooring, carpet, and more throughout. Large open concept living space with a large smart TV with basic cable, a dining area, kitchen equipped with all the essentials for a home cooked meal, and plenty of space for friends and family to spend time together, indoors or outdoors.
There are 2 bedrooms - one bedroom has a king bed, one bedroom has a king bed - both bedrooms have large closets. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs with basic cable (option to login to own streaming Devices). The bathroom has nice modern touches with a walk-in tiled shower, stand alone sink, and a medicine cabinet. Laundry is next to the kitchen, both a washer and dryer, with laundry supplies.
Step outside the back door to your private large patio. A comfortable outdoor patio set awaits, a couch and chairs, and a grill for your use. Enjoy the outdoors in your private backyard.
Want to go for a swim? Right outside the patio gates is the community pool. Shared between 13 other units, this pool is open year round, although it is not heated. Feel free to use the pool furniture and lounge for hours while enjoying the beautiful California weather!
There is plenty of free street parking right outside the villa.

Guests will have access to the villa and community pool - Guests will be given access instructions when the villa is ready on arrival day. Contactless, smart lock entry.
We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!
This villa is close to everything! You are minutes away from the grocery store, many restaurants, Pacific City, Main St. and more. This villa is also under 30 minutes away from local big attractions such as Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. San Diego and Los Angeles are about one hour away.
Looking to rent a boat, or go on a boat tour? You are about 10 minutes away from rental shops in Newport Beach that can take you on 2 hour tours, or even to Catalina Island for the day!
You will be provided a welcome book inside the unit which has favorite local attractions, restaurants, and more!
Huntington Beach has plenty of public transportation options such as the Metro Bus, Uber, Lyft, and more.
This villa is centrally located - you can walk, bike, or drive just about anywhere!

The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
