Aconchegante e simples, o silêncio, a privacidade e praticidade com proximidade de quatro bons supermercados, UBS, praça e restaurantes com preços bem acessíveis.
A casa é simples demais, em madeira e forro PVC nas paredes, as portas, todas, reagem e fazem muito barulho ao abrir e fechar, fecham com dificuldades as fechaduras, pois requerem melhor manutenção, de resto é bom.

Bien ubicada y en un barrio tranquilo, el anfitrión excelente y atento
Fuimos en julio y nos tocaron días muy fríos, pero con el fogón que tienen en la casa anduvimos bien, sería interesante que dejarán algo de leña para los huéspedes inicialmente
