Die Lage, die Sauberkeit.
Der Fahrstuhl war kaputt. Bereits seit Mai diesen Jahres. Ich bin siebzig Jahre alt, körperlich geschwächt und vier Etagen ohne Fahrstuhl ist nichts für mich. Hätte ich es vorher gewusst, dann hätte ich dieses Appartement garantiert nicht gewählt. Dagegen ist, war das beschädigte Waschbecken sowie der ständig klaffenden Hund aus Appartement nebenan schon eine Petitesse.

Bett gemütlich, Zimmer ok.
Fahrstuhl defekt. Dafür gab es aber einen Nachlass. Laut in der Nacht, türkischer Friseur und Table Dance Bar direkt daneben. 6 Uhr laute türkische Musik bis 7:30. Stühle Terrasse alt und optisch nicht mehr ansehnlich. Waschbecken Bad defekt. Sonst ok
