La luminosità della casa, la veranda vista mare e la possibilità di stendere i teli della spiaggia. Doccia ampia e cucina ben fornita.
Forse i materassi della camera matrimoniale meno comodi della stanza dei bambini

Appartamento ampio, dotato di tutte le attrezzature essenziali. Parcheggio sotto casa. 10/15 min a piedi per tutti i locali del centro paese e il porto. In qualche dettaglio si vede che la struttura non è nuovissima ma è tutto perfettamente funzionante, gradevole, e gli spazi ampi dell’appartamento a disposizione con Carloforte di contorno compensano abbondantemente. Padrone di casa cordiale e disponibile.
Qualche dubbio sul rapporto qualità/prezzo visto che la seconda camera con letti separati lo rende idoneo soprattutto per famiglia con figli e di conseguenza peserebbe sul budget di un solo nucleo famigliare.

Struttura accogliente e ben posizionata.
Probabilmente essendo fra i "primi" turisti della stagione la casa non è stata sufficientemente areata e all'arrivo si percepiva odore di chiuso. Comunque nulla che possa aver inficiato la gradevole permanenza.
