A recently renovated two-room apartment, located in a residential yet very quiet area. It is just 80 meters from Guidaloca Bay, with direct access via a private path. Nearby lies the renowned village of Scopello and its picturesque coves, including Cala Rossa, Mazzo di Sciacca, Cala dell’Ovo, the Scopello tuna fishery, and the Zingaro Nature Reserve—all stunning coves that define the coastline. The town is just a ten-minute drive away. There, you’ll find pubs, restaurants, pizzerias, clothing stores, supermarkets, and more. The town’s historic center is particularly charming, home to most of the local establishments, including the waterfront area, the Petrolo district, and the “4 Canti.”
The apartment consists of a double bedroom with a sea view, a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a small terrace.

Double bedroom with a sea view; we’ll provide you with bed linens, and there’s a safe inside the closet. In a wall-mounted cabinet located just before entering the bedroom, you’ll find: a washing machine, an ironing board and iron, and everything you need to clean the house. The house has Wi-Fi; you’ll be given the password upon arrival.
It is 1.5 km from the village of Scopello and a 10-minute drive from the historic center of Castellammare. You’ll really enjoy visiting the various coves—starting with the first one, which is very close to the property and has direct access—that line the entire coast all the way to the Zingaro Nature Reserve. Among these, we recommend Cala Rossa, Mazzo di Sciacca, Cala dell’Ovo, Fossa dello Stinco, Cala Bianca, Punta Pispisa, the Faraglioni, and finally Craperia, which is the first cove located within the Zingaro Nature Reserve.
Smoking is NOT permitted inside the house; each apartment has a covered veranda or terrace where you can relax outdoors and smoke freely.
