Location was perfect!

The only thing that would have been better was if the power on the fridge would stay on when you left the room. We like to go to Deco and get our food for the day in the morning for when we come back from the beach we avoid the rush in Deco. We will stay here again for sure!

The location was right in the middle of the square with walking distance to all restaurants and beach.

It was a challenge getting our luggage to the property.

The location is perfect, right in the centre with bars and restaurants, a 2 minute stroll to the beach. Wonderful room with great air conditioning and no noise. The lady on reception was very nice, gave us directions etc. For one day, we received 2 complementary sunbeds on the beach and they arranged our onward travel - brilliant.

It was very long journey to San Vito lo Capo, and we hoped to get a few days rest before going to Palermo. Unfortunately the stay in this place started so badly that partly ruined our holiday. Reception was awful. Receptionist was arrogant and provocative. Despite we were very tired she didn't let us to our room that we have paid for 4 moths ago. She asked us to cancel the room we had ordered and make a new payment, possibly to avoid Booking.com charges. After some time arguing with her and the help of Booking.com she let us in our room stating that the room she gave us is superior to that we have ordered but in reality it was the same room we have ordered. She even charged us second time for city tax, that was already included in our payment! After taking shower very soon has been realized that the shower pipe has a hole in it and whole bathroom floor was full of water. Be careful with this place, although it look good in pictures and has a good location you can be charged twice without a blink of an eye. Dodgy place.
