“THE DEPOT” located next to the tracks at 202 south 3rd street Guttenberg Iowa. Located in the heart of guttenberg this 1000 sq ft 2 bed 1 bath home is 3 blocks from the river. Extensively insulated and remodeled. Central air, Fully furnished, WiFi, washer and dryer, bean bag boards, outside patio, outdoor covered area with tv, fire pit and grill. There is a golden tee arcade game for kids and adults to enjoy! Living room has seating for 6, master has a pillow top queen bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 pillow top twin beds. Roku TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Plenty of Parking outside for at least 3 trucks with trailers with an outdoor water hose for cleaning your boat off. This home will not disappoint!

This place was so spacious. So nicely decorated. I was concerned about being so close to the railroad tracks, but was not a problem at all. I will definitely book this place again.

We enjoyed the shop owners we met. They were very friendly and knowledgeble about the area. We loved the house. It was very clean and homey. We thought the host was very nice. If we return to the area we would like to stay there again.

this is our second time staying at this location and it’s very well maintained and managed. It is close to the train track, but I slept through the night like a baby and it didn’t bother me at all. It’s actually quite fun if you like trains. Definitely coming again!
