Beautiful house with private pool near spring training

House is unbelievably great. If i ever go to suprise again I hope I can get this house.I really can't complain but if you make me. The bedding didn't seem fresh. And my big pet peeve which some might say trivial, propane barbq out of propane.

The house was very roomy, very clean and close to stores but very quiet. The Host communicated excellently. The pool was very nice to have, the beds were very comfortable and we had lots of towels. I would stay there again!

What a beautiful house! It was extremely well kept and we loved how spacious it was. The kitchen had everything we needed. The heated pool was a great amenity and there was ample outdoor space. Collette is a great host and and very easy to work with. The location is close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants and is right next door to a beautiful park snd walking trail. We hope to rent this one again next year.

This is my family’s 5th time staying here . We love the location and layout of the house . However every time we arrive on day one the pool is not up to snuff . Once again we arrived to the pool water being green with the inside of pool walls dirty . The owner sent pool guy right over and he shocked it but didn’t scrub the sides. Hours after pool guy left the pool pump quit working . From past experience we knew the issue was the filters needed cleaned . Took four more days to get the filters cleaned . After that the vacuum quit . Overall we had to call five times for pool, and for five days our pool was fairly dirty . The house …. We walked into a house that smelled unclean . It had a foul smell from previous guests . Informed home owner who said she would let the cleaners know . It definitely was not cleaned properly nor did it feel or smell clean . Found areas of concern relayed those to home owner. Basically we cleaned a lot so we could feel comfortable staying there . I asked for my cleaning money back but still waiting to hear from owner . We left it immaculate so the next guests are lucky . This property has so much potential. So many Vrbo hosts provide special touches. Don’t expect any with this property. It is reasonably priced with the heated pool not being extra. Guess you get what you pay for . We are going to look into finding a new place to stay which we hate because the layout and location is so perfect for us . But we felt like we just had too many issues.
