This southeast-facing duplex offers 70 m² of living space, features wood paneling, and includes all modern amenities. It comprises: a living room with a sleeper sofa and a dining area (table with extension leaves—seats up to 8 people)
a fully equipped kitchen
a private bedroom (1 140-cm bed / 2 people)
a large mezzanine with 3 sleeping areas (1 140-bed / 2 people + 2 90-beds / 1 person)
a bathroom with a bathtub
a separate toilet
2 balconies, including a “Tropezienne” balcony offering a splendid view of the mountains.

Located 180 meters from the Molanès gondola station, you’ll have access in winter to the ski area with its 180 km of slopes, and in summer to the many hiking trails in the Ubaye Valley.

Mr. Didier Brun from the Loup concierge service will contact you a few days before your arrival.
He will welcome you to hand over the keys and provide you with some practical and useful information for your stay.
He can also offer you, if you wish, a linens rental service (sheets and towels not provided).

Nous cherchions un appartement avec un peu de cachet au calme proche des pistes et avec tout le nécessaire. Cet appartement a complètement répondu à nos attentes.

A notre arrivée à Praloup, un accueil impeccable par le concierge et une très belle surprise en arrivant dans ce petit hameau du Clos Sorel. Un endroit très calme, un appartement cocon. Nous recommandons vivement.
