Upfront Communication: Too many mails with too much detail. The relevant info (Payment details, key collection) was hard to find and turned out to be wrong in the end.

Praktikabel in guter Lage

Die Lage ist klasse, direkt am Wald und nah zum Einkaufen und zum Strand. Dass Haustiere akzeptiert werden, ist nicht in allen Häusern selbstverständlich (8€ pro Tag ist fair). Die Organisation der Vermietung war perfekt und unkompliziert.

Schwachpunkt Küche: Es fehlt ein Backofen, Besteck unvollständig, Ausstattung eher billig, ist für max. 3 Personen geeignet. Bad ist nicht groß aber gut. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, okay, wenn man nicht allzu laute Mitbewohner erwischt. Es sollte erwähnt werden, dass die Vermietung des Hauses insgesamt auf drei Parteien ausgelegt ist. In der angegebenen Maximalbelegung (5 Personen) wäre die Wohnung nichts für uns, sie ist eher für drei Personen okay, wir waren zu zweit.

Okay mit ein paar Mängeln und Unbequemlichkeiten

Das Ambiente war schön. Die Wohnung war hell und hatte eine ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage.

In einem Bett war keine Matratze sondern lediglich ein Stück löchiger Schaumstoff was mit einem Laken bezogen war. Der Toilettenpapierhalter war abgerissen und lag im Regal, bei Ankunft waren Bartstoppel am Waschbecken und Schamhaare in der Dusche. Leider kommt auch die Steckdose aus der Wand. In der Ferienwohnung befindet sich leider keine Schere sowie nur 3 kleine Löffel. Das Gehäuse vom Toaster ist gebrochen und das Licht vom Kühlschrank ist defekt. Der Fernseher hat Aussetzer. Die Parkplätze, die zum Haus gehören sind leider mit den Firmenwagen vom Verwalter besetzt und man muss weiter weg parken.

Das einige Einrichtungsgegenstände kaputt waren! Am schlimmsten Abfluss Toilette undicht Samstag angerufen! Ja eventuell kommt jemand noch heute ist aber unwahrscheinlich sehr wahrscheinlich Montag war die AUSSAGE der Maklerin! Ist aber keiner gekommen! Also selbst repariert!
