Schöne FeWo, jedoch mit sanierungsbedürtigen Mängeln

Die von 3 Seiten lichtdurchflutete FeWo ist sehr schön mit Holzmöbeln eingerichtet: zum Aufhalten, Frühstücken, Sylter Luft schnuppern, bevor es an den nahen Strand geht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, sehr viel Equipment zum selbst kochen, wenn man es möchte. Rollos im Schlafzimmer lassen einen sehr ruhigen Schlaf zu, was bei Wind & Wetter & im Sommer von Vorteil ist! Fahrräder schließt man draußen am vorhandenen Fahrradständern an. Ruhige Gegend, jedoch zu jeder Seite Nachbargrundstücke einsehbar, Plissees sind vorhanden, zum Sichtschutz.

Das Bad gefühlt aus den 80er Jahren, kaputter Abfluss, der schmerzt beim Draufkommen in der Duschwanne, eine Schiebetür, die sich von innen nicht öffnen lässt, ist ein grober Mangel und müsste sofort erneuert werden! Ohne Benutzung würde man jedoch das sehr kleine Bad unter Wasser setzen... Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, nasse Handtücher adäquat zum Trocknen aufzuhängen, keinen Wäscheständer, der durchaus Platz auf dem Balkon hätte. Kein Sonnenschirm vorhanden, obwohl Südbalkon... Eine Ledercouch, auf der man überhaupt nicht bequem sitzen kann, die Kissen rutschen weg... Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn diese Punkte verbessert werden!
