Designer Apartment

L’appartement est situé à proximité immédiate du centre historique. L’endroit est très calme. L’immeuble et l’appartement sont sécurisés (caméras). L’appartement est très grand, très beau. La rénovation est de très bon goût. L’ancien a été préservé (carreaux ciment au sol, hauteur sous plafond, volets intérieurs…) et l’appartement est extrêmement bien équipé, tant au niveau de la cuisine que des 2 salles de bain. La terrasse est superbe et permet de prendre les repas et le soleil. La vue de la terrasse est particulièrement reposante et donne sur des jardins et quelques bâtiments anciens. Seuls les martinets viennent survoler les jardins…le paradis! Et ne pas oublier l’accueil très gentil de Barbara, avec qui il est possible d’échanger via WhatsApp, tout comme avec Irene, la propriétaire.

The apartment was simply beautiful . It was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The terrace in particular was superb. The apartment was conveniently located for the historic centre,with it being just a short walk away.

The main bedroom was at times uncomfortably hot although it is accepted that temperatures reached 40 degrees during our stay. Elsewhere in the apartment the air conditioning performed well. There were also issues with hot water being readily available in the evening for a shower after a day’s sightseeing. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building. There is no lift available. This did not particularly trouble us but may be a consideration for others.
