La situation, la résidence calme, la place de parking, les chambres et les SDE

molto carino l'appartamento in particolare i bagni molto grandi e, cosa molto gradita, ogni camera aveva il suo bagno. la posizione, pur non essendo in centro, è molto comoda in quanto c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente l'auto, il tram 15 (che porta in centro) è molto frequente e si prende avanti casa e all'angolo c'è anche la metro.
per renderla perfetta, basterebbe mettere una tenda oscurante anche nel soggiorno (essendo a livello strada, quelli che passano vedono dentro), rendere gli aspiratori dei bagni un pò meno rumorosi e tv nelle camere, visto che in cucina manca un divanetto e ci sono solo delle panche.

Distante del centro pero muy buena locomocion, ademas un supermercado al lado
LLegamos la lavadora con un letrero NO FUNCIONA (Ofrecio ir a buscar la ropa para lavarla, pero es una molestia esperar que la retiren ) Le avisamos que no habia abridor de cvervezas / vino y la respuesta que se lo habian llevado los arrendatarios anteriores. no hay ninguna silla solo banquetas y en los dormitorios solo almohadas imposible apoyar la espalda en ningun lado
