The host was absolutely amazing! They answered all my questions in such a quick manner and were excellent with fulfilling all my requests! They made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond and checked in to make sure we enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be staying here again

The house was big enough to fit our whole family. The game room was a hit for the guys. The home was very big for a big group like ours.
We paid ($120) for the pool to be warm, but it never was warm and we couldn’t use the pool at all. My niece forgot her phone after checking out of the home. We were told there were no bookings after ours and the cleaning people didn’t retrieve the phone even though the phone showed being in the home.

Love the convenience to stores and Disney
Property communication is fair and the phone representative wasn’t too friendly. Also the AC wasn’t cool enough nor was we able to adjust, especially with it being 75-78 degrees outside in the middle of December.
