Rental Policies
Check-In Requirement
Per local ordinance, guests must pick up keys and complete check-in at the office where a property overview will be provided. Self check-in is not available.
Age Requirement
The minimum age to rent this property is 25. The primary renter must be present for the entire stay. A driver’s license will be required for all bookings. Guests who fail to meet the minimum age requirement at check-in will be evicted without refund.
Pet Policy
This property is pet-free and not pet-friendly. If an unauthorized pet is found at the vacation home, it must be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. If signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300 fee.
Starter Supplies
A complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens is provided. Additional supplies needed during your stay will be the guest’s responsibility.

Very comfortable. Needed shovel to clear snow. Best hot tub ever with good 103 degrees and multiple jet options. Working grill. Had ant issue but was fixed next day. Close to Heavenly.

It was a bit gloomy as we walked in. Photos in the reference upon booking are a bit deceiving. But after the second night, we got used to it and it felt homey and comfortable. Kitchen supplies are very sufficient for our use.
