We have stayed at the cottages fifteen plus times and we even stayed last month in April. Surprisingly this was our first stay in this house and we loved it. Very clean, loved the set up and how the house was laid out we wish we could have made ours to keep forever. Our next stay we will definitely try to book this house again. The only downside is there was a lot of people smoking weed outside so it kept hitting us and our young kids in the face but other than that we look forward to coming back!

I have rented with ACE a few times a year since 2020, and it seems like the service unfortunately has gone downhill. The past two times we stayed, the backyard pools were dirty. I had to call to have the pool cleaned. I THINK someone showed up to clean, but the pool was still dirty. The pool should be cleaned prior to guest arrival; I shouldn't have to call. And if I do need to call, the pool should be immaculate. It was so dirty. The neighboring houses had extremely clean pools, maybe they weren't ACE/Vstays houses? The folks at the front desk were cordial, never rude but they did not take care of the problem.
