I would hesitate to book again due to relative high price and Casa Charming’s poor condition.

The key handover was very quick and smooth. The hosts responded very quickly to my questions, such as how to increase the water pressure or where to find the TV, and they have a wonderful sense of humor. They recommended a nearby bistro to watch news on TV.

The property has potential but would benefit from significant maintenance and care. The interior feels dated and musty, with wardrobes unfortunately unusable due to a strong odor. The garden, which could be a highlight, appears neglected, with some rusting bicycles and unclean outdoor furniture. Guest preparation seemed minimal – furniture was still covered, and garden seating had not been cleaned. Despite being listed in the amenities, there was no television. The interior is also quite dark, requiring electric lighting even during the day. Additionally, utility charges were unexpectedly high despite very limited use during my stay. With proper upkeep and attention to detail, this house could become a much more welcoming place for guests. I initially did not believe the negative reviews I had read, but I can now fully understand them.
