Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato con gusto, in ottima posizione per chi desidera silenzio e tranquillità ed è dotato di automobile, comunque molto vicino alla stazione dei treni di Palmi.

La vista sul mare era davvero molto bella e anche le spiagge e le zone di mare nelle vicinanze meritano assolutamente una visita. Inoltre, la persona che ci ha seguito durante il soggiorno è stata molto cordiale, disponibile e gentile.
L'appartamento si trovava all'interno di una palazzina poco curata, un aspetto che influisce negativamente. Inoltre, il terrazzo del nostro appartamento, situato al quarto piano, presentava un tratto di ringhiera mancante. Sebbene possa trattarsi di un problema temporaneo, questa situazione trasmette un'ulteriore sensazione di trascuratezza e, soprattutto, rappresenta un potenziale pericolo per la sicurezza. Infine, l'acqua non funziona molto bene.
