Location close to subway and only a few stops to city, convenience of nearby shops & restaurants, almost instant and proactively useful reply by landlord via any handphone app. Bright and clean premises. Utilities all in good conditions, particularly like the instantly heated up water tap at the kitchen sink. Spacious bathroom with comfortable shower. Clear and useful house instructions. Good WiFi. Plentiful chairs and a big table.

The range hood was too low, just about 5ft from ground. I bumped my head onto it numerous times. Fortunately, these were rounded and not dead hard and did not hurt much. The sharp corners of the steel frame support of the mattress protruded out and had punctured a point of my lower leg.
