What a lovely spot! The host had a bottle of wine and chocolates out, as well as a fire's-worth of wood in a pail with fire starters in it. The kitchen was far more equipt than I expected! I brought my cats that settled in quickly and loved the spot as much as I did!! I'd definitely go back! The WiFi was perfect for my needs with no interruption. Only non-5 star element was the area/location. There is not a ton to do in the immediate area, but the Dells was a quick 30 min drive south. The immediate neighborhood appears to be a mix of cabins, mobile homes, high end new homes, and some RVs set up on plots. Overall, great experience and I'd absolutely book if you are looking to truly get away.

This was an amazing property. The host was accommodating and responsive to all of our needs. The cabin was great. We also hooked up a camper on the property and the utilities were wonderful. Super time and memories!!!

The property itself was very nice. However, we only had 1 key in the lock-box. When unloading our bags, the front door shut and was locked with the key inside the house. We had NO contact information for the owner. Found a very friendly neighbor who let us borrow her hot spot so we can internet connection to call the 800# at VRBO to only sit on hold for well over an hour to be hung up on. Ended up having to call a locksmith which was another hour later before having the door unlocked. We arrived at 4:30 and never occupied the rental until well after 9:30! Extremely frustrating!
