THE BEAUTIFUL GULF VIEW AWAITS YOUR ARRIVAL! Enjoy our little piece of paradise at Vistas on the Gulf #404, ideally situated directly on the breath-taking St. Pete Beach. Relax and enjoy our stunning Gulf front balcony where you will be looking directly at the sparkling blue water, pristine powdery white sand and ever changing scenery with sun bathers, dolphins, boaters, kite surfers and shell seekers. Installing a brand new stylish, almost slip proof and water resistant, vinyl plank flooring, we have adorned our newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with lovely and comfortable furniture, including chairs and flat screen TV's, and a king bed in the master suite with a beautifully styled Travortine private bath with step in shower The master suite also has a walk out balcony to sit, relax and watch the beautiful picturesque sun set. The second bedroom offers a newly renovated twin bunk bed layout, full over double , 4 drawer dresser, flat screen TV with quick access to the second bathroom, tub shower combination. Linens and bath towels are provided, both baths have hair dryers and there is a new stackable washer/dryer in the unit for ease and convenience. Grab beach chairs, cooler and umbrella out of the closet; take a short walk through the beautifully maintained pool and hot tub deck onto the powdery sand to find your ideal spot on the beach. Keep your car cool in the reserved undercover parking spot. While vacationing in this family friendly beach town, enjoy the convenience of walking to local bar, roof top restaurants and spend an evening watching the sun set on the magnificent gulf coast. . Prefer to cook in? There are 2 gas grills available on the pool deck and our unit boasts a complete kitchen with full size refrigerator, plus stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, glassware, accessories in the kitchen. The condo was well stocked with cooking supplies and even had a Keurig! The property is convenient to everything SPB has to offer. You’re literally steps away from the water. The on-site staff are friendly, accommodating and we had activities at the pool to make our Fourth of July holiday even more special and memorable.

The condo was perfect for our family get together. We couldn’t ask for more with the perfect weather and the help from Lisa (condo owner) and Emily (property manager). Lisa communicated several days prior to check in and throughout our stay. Provided instructions for check in and out, all very simple. Emily was helpful with providing a day pass for our family for a few hours as we gather on the beach. We were on the beach most of our stay but we agreed the extra room of a condo was much better than a 2 room hotel. Beds were comfortable and decent water pressure in the showers. The balcony had a nice corner view of the beach especially in the morning with our coffee. Loved having the washer and dryer. We went home with clean laundry, bonus. We didn’t need any dishes since we ordered out but looked like plenty would be available. It was very nice having the beach chairs from the condo along with a few umbrellas (didn’t need) and sand toys (didn’t need). We didn’t use the pool but was nice having as an option as well as the shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. Was impressed that maintenance was available if needed even on a Sunday. Liked the covered parking that kept our car shaded. We truly enjoyed our visit and loved that we didn’t have to book a week. Huge plus for us.

We loved staying at this location right on the beach! The owner Lisa, communicated well and was very welcoming. We saw dolphins, manatees, stingrays and went crab hunting at night. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful!! The only reason there are not 5 stars was due to some maintenance issues with faucets, microwave and I wish there was a darkening curtain on the kids room instead of just blinds. The light from the hall walkway was a nuisance and we worried about people peeking in. Overall very enjoyable experience!
