About this house rental
Welcome to Hatcher Pass, Our Cozy Home on Hatcher Road!
Due to a long term rental, we have not had any recent reviews, however, we are excited to be ready for short term guests again in July of 2024!
Nestled between Campbellsville and Columbia this country property is the perfect place for a getaway or somewhere to rest and relax while passing through. Campbellsville University and Lindsay Wilson College are 6 and 17 miles away respectively. Located at 755 Hatcher Rd. Campbellsville, KY 42718 the house is less than 5 miles from Green River Lake State Park and 17 miles from Holmes Bend Marina. This property features three bedrooms and two bathrooms with beds to sleep up to 8 people. There is also a large front and back yard perfect for the kids to play in while you relax on the porch!
Inside there is also a nicely furnished kitchen with all the necessities to make a great meal; large french door refrigerator with ice maker, 4 burner electric stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, regular coffee pot, toaster, and pots and pans with cooking utensils.
The living room has a sofa and loveseat set with a recliner, 65" SMART TV with Amazon Fire TV Stick and DVD player to watch your favorite movies. Wifi is available for all your streaming needs. Our Amazon Fire TV Stick includes free streaming apps as well as Hulu.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with a 32" SMART TV and walk-in closet. Master bathroom includes a walk-in shower.
The second and third bedrooms each have 1 twin bed and 1 full bed with dresser, and closet.
The second bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. Bed linens and pillows, bath and kitchen towels are funished as well as hand and dish soap. Also provided are starter toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher pods.
Laundry room includes washer and dryer with iron and ironing board.
Side entrance at the driveway provides a ramp with bilateral hand railing for entry/exit the home. Parking includes driveway which will fit 3 vehicles easily as well as boat/trailer parking. Patio furniture (on both porches) and a gas grill is located on the back porch as well. We look forward to seeing you soon!

The place was exactly as advertised and the host was very responsive to any questions that we had. It is a little bit outside of town but is close to the local lake!
