Strand Apartment - Rüm Hart House

The Strand apartment is located on the first floor, has a separate entrance, measures approximately 90 m², and features a living room with a built-in kitchen, two bedrooms with a total of four beds (a crib can be provided), and a bathroom with a shower. From the living room and the dining area, you can step out onto the terrace—which features a beach chair—and into the garden through the patio doors.
The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a microwave.



We purchased the house, built in 1962, in 1986 (already bearing the name RÜM HART) and partially renovated and refurnished the interior.
In 2008, we undertook a complete renovation, constructing a brand-new roof—starting from the top edge of the first floor ceiling—with appropriate thermal insulation and creating space for two bedrooms in the “Düne” and “Deich” apartments. The first floor was additionally fitted with extra insulation and new windows and doors, and the layout of the rooms—including their furnishings—in the “Strand” apartment was redesigned.
You can park your car on the property and store your bicycles in a carport, as well as any strollers and handcarts you bring along. The laundry room houses the washing machine and dryer. The garden is accessible to all guests of the house. Pets are not allowed in our house.
During the renovation, we took into account the various requests of our guests and our own experience from over 20 years of renting out vacation apartments, so that you, as our guests, can feel completely at home and relax in our house.



On-site fees: A linens package (consisting of bed linens and towels) can be added to your reservation for €12.00 per person. A crib and a high chair can be provided free of charge. Pets are not allowed.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
