The front of staff member was very accommodating i did book last minute with the option on my booking for two single beds. when i got there there was only king bed available which wasn't acceptable but she went and separated them and made them into two singles. It was very much appreciated as it was getting late and we were very tired.

We were upstairs and had a good view of the lake. It was nice to have breakfast served in the room
The bath was so big it took me 1/2 hour to fill! There was so much bedding/ sheets etc on the bed The breakfast wasn’t served with any care… all rather functional
