This was a private villa privately owned. Privacy was lacking. Not a lot of pictures on the booking.

Mr.Doung was very nice, kind and helpful. Arranged airport shuttle, helped to get attractions. Cleaned the house regularly. House was perfect for 9 people. We stayed a week joyfully. Pool, garden, bathrooms, bedrooms were comfy.

1. Proximity to the beach 2. Very good restaurant nearby (Ando Bistro) 3. The size of the house and the very high scale original decoration 4. Comfortable beds, nice walk-in shower in the main suite 5. Private swimming pool 6. Quiet surroundings (noisy neighbours every now and then but generally quiet) 7. Close to Sonasea NIght Market with lots of shops and mini markets. 8. Very responsive and accommodating host. We needed a outlet adapter and a few other things and got them on the next day.

1. Renting through here does not grant you Andochina Resort rights. You won't have free breakfast, beach towels, free bicycles, daily cleaning, golf kart to move about your bags, etc. At times we felt like we were kind of illegal here. 2. Because this feels like a side gig from whoever owns this house, there is no maintenance so the house is fast degrading inside and outside. 3. On the last day I could not swim any longer in the swimming pool since it was so dirty. No one is doing maintenance on this house, and that is very sad to see, given how much work went into building such an amazing house. 4. It would be nice to have gotten a few bottles of complementary water at check-in. 5. The price here does not include a 2% fee that will be applied locally once you check-in and you need to pay by card, so be prepared for that extra charge (unless you will pay in cash wish I doubt most people will).
